FIREWORKS OVER MIAMI was founded by Lutgardo Martin Perez. His love for fireworks goes back to age 10 when he traveled to Florida and bought fireworks on the way, making his first display show for his family on that New Year's 1972. He sold the rest of the fireworks at school.
